  • Friday 7:00am
  • 4:00pm. Pay range is $25
  • 30/hour Picotte offers a generous benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k Life insurance Paid vacation, sick pay, and holiday pay.
Responsibilities:
Plumbing Minor Electrical HVAC General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Picotte commercial properties. Occasional night and weekend hours; must take 1 week a month rotating on-call hours.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or residential/facility maintenance Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building systems, and preventative maintenance programs Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple commercial properties Ability to prioritize work orders, coordinate vendors, and respond to emergency situations with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Picotte Companies insurance carrier required. Reliable vehicle for daily use Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance Ability to lift up to 60lbs Picotte Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
