  • Day to day management experience in the apartment industry managing 500+ apartments
  • Hiring, training and overseeing staff and building strong teams
  • Bidding, negotiating and implementing contracts
  • Experience in developing capital improvement projects and direct oversight through completion
  • Reviewing and analyzing various reports for trends, opportunities and potential problems
  • Extensive knowledge in maintenance, apartment turnovers, building components and facility related issues
  • Customer service
  • Snow removal
  • Hands on position
  • On call responsibilities Candidates must possess the following qualities:
  • Leadership skills to motivate employees towards a common goal;
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures;
  • Ability to effectively communicate, written and verbally, to residents, vendors, superiors and subordinates;
  • Organizational skills to handle many tasks at the same time, achieve deadlines and work effectively and efficiently;
  • Have an acute ability to create and implement operating efficiencies.
