Assistant Maintenance supervisor Marine, Hotel & Restaurant Operations.
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the daily operations and maintenance of our tour boats, waterfront facilities, hotel properties, and restaurant operations.
This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality and marine environment. Responsibilities Assist with maintenance and repair of tour vessels, engines, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and onboard equipment Support maintenance operations for hotel rooms, restaurant facilities, kitchens, docks, and public areas. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across marine and hospitality properties. Troubleshoot and respond to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently Coordinate repairs with captains, crew, and machanics to ensure vessel readiness Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of supplies and parts. Ensure compliance with safety standards, Coast Guard regulations, health codes, and company policies. Assist with emergency repairs and operational support as needed Help maintain clean, organized safe working environments Qualifications Experience in maintenance, marine systems, hospitality maintenance, or related trades preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, diesel engines, or mechanical systems is highly valued. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on or around water. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license required. Marine or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
