SERVICE MANAGER SERVICE MANAGER
Matthews Buses, Inc., one of the nation's largest school/commercial bus dealers in the United States, with 4 New York locations, has an opening for a Service Manager at our Ballston Spa location. The successful candidate will possess the following: Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate customer service Mechanical experience in servicing automotive, bus or medium duty trucks Ability to implement and ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communication with techs, drivers, parts, and office staff Knowledge and experience with automotive dealer software systems Minimum of 5-years'experience in service management Valid NYS Driver's License Matthews Buses offers excellent pay and a full benefits package including health, dental, 401k program with generous company match, holidays, and paid time off.
