Job Description
High volume WNY Auto Dealership is seeking a manager to oversee its service department. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and be exceptionally organized. Success in this position will require a high level of energy and customer interaction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee service department operations and growth
- Improve customer upsell process
- Recruitment, retention and training of service department staff
- Improve work environment for technicians and advisors
- Manage department profitability
Requirements :
- Customer service background - 5 years minimum
- Top tier demonstrated performance in field
- Mechanical aptitude a plus but not required
- Willingness to work hard and have a positive attitude with customers and employees
Compensation:
- $90,000 + first year, $220k + potential
- 401 (k)
