Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities of maintenance staff and contractors as required Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure established standards for safety and maintenance and repair of equipment are met daily Develop and modify short, mid, and long-term preventative maintenance plans, tactics, and resources to achieve safe and efficient uptime of facility and equipment Direct and facilitate equipment upgrades as needed Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; evaluate their performance annually

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred High level of focus and attention to detail Experience in high power electrical systems, PLC training, CMMS's, etc. is a plus Ability to lead a team and hit targeted goals Minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience preferred
