Maintenance Supervisor JJob Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor with proven experience in commercial maintenance. This individual will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring service quality, and making sure all tasks are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with team members and management.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across different locations Ensure employees follow assigned schedules and complete tasks on time Create, manage, and adjust work schedules Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain clear communication with staff and management in both

English and Spanish Requirements:

Experience in: Floor stripping and waxing Carpet cleaning Window cleaning Operating pressure washing equipment Previous supervisory experience

Bilingual:

English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Good time management and organizational skills Flexible availability Reliable transportation (preferred)
