Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY 💲 $65,000 per year | Full-Time | Mon - Fri 7:00am-4:00pm Sat & Sun OFF Lead the Team That Keeps Everything Running At Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're not just managing maintenance. You're leading the team responsible for creating a safe, functional environment where students (ages 16-24) can learn, grow, and succeed. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. 🔧 What You'll Do- Oversee daily facility maintenance operations and quality control
- Supervise and support maintenance staff and Work-Based Learning students
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and subcontracted work
- Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staff training
- Help manage energy conservation and facility improvement projects
- Maintain and oversee computerized work order systems
- Ensure projects and repairs meet Company, local, and government standards
- Partner with departments and instructors to support student involvement and campus operations

- Degree or technical certification preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience required
- Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
