You're leading the team responsible for creating a safe, functional environment where students (ages 16-24) can learn, grow, and succeed. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. πŸ”§ What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily facility maintenance operations and quality control
  • Supervise and support maintenance staff and Work-Based Learning students
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and subcontracted work
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staff training
  • Help manage energy conservation and facility improvement projects
  • Maintain and oversee computerized work order systems
  • Ensure projects and repairs meet Company, local, and government standards
  • Partner with departments and instructors to support student involvement and campus operations

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree or technical certification preferred
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
