Maintenance Supervisor

Apartment Maintenance Technician Supervisor Join our growing team, working with great staff and a growing apartment rental company, working at one of our communities. Apartment maintenance is a fast paced rewarding position. We offer our tenants and community superior service, quality apartments and quick response to maintenance requests. We are looking to hire people who possess the same focus, drive and dedication!

Main Job Duties:

• Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community
• Overseeing team of maintenance technicians
• Apartment turnovers-cleaning, prepping and repairing units to be move-in ready
• General Maintenance repairs consisting of; minor electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, appliance repair & general maintenance repairs.
• Assist maintenance personnel with projects
• Landscaping/mowing lawns/grounds clean up
• monthly safety training requirements must be met
• Ensure the workplace meets safety standards and adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in safety training as required

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in related field strongly desired and experience with 200+ units
• General knowledge of tools
• Ability to regularly left up to 50lbs
• Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member
• Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
• Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property
• Valid driver's license and own transportation needed
• Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods
