Job Description

Condominium Community On-site Superintendent Full-Time Position We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Condominium Community Superintendent to oversee the daily maintenance, appearance, safety, and operations of a well-maintained condominium community. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, proactive leader with strong handyman and maintenance skills who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive property. This position reports directly to the Property Manager and works closely with residents, contractors, vendors, and community staff. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the property. Utilize basic handyman skills, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas. Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns promptly. Assist in directing and coordinating the daily activities of cleaning crews, garbage collection staff, and security personnel. Monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed to community standards. Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors performing work on-site. Develop positive working relationships with residents, contractors, and service providers. Respond professionally to resident concerns and maintenance requests. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the community. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of property maintenance, superintendent, facilities, or related experience preferred. Strong handyman skills, including basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Ability to perform minor repairs independently and safely. Experience using maintenance tools and equipment. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, contractors, and management. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. Valid driver's license required.
