Spanning 130 acres, the campus supports a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, energy storage, renewable energy, and supercomputing. Its commercial and industrial tenants, such as BAE Systems and Binghamton University, are powered by a central utility plant (CUP) that delivers essential services, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and heated glycol. Position Summary The Maintenance Planner is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facility maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and infrastructure. This role plans preventative maintenance, manages corrective repairs, and supports long-term operational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance work Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors Ensure timely response to service requests and equipment issues Track work orders and maintenance records Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Coordinate with operations and project teams Support capital projects and facility improvements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred 10+ years of maintenance or construction experience Experience in a supervisory or planning role preferred Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Working knowledge of central utility plant systems (boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills

Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday, 24/7/365 operations
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
