• $75,000 per year Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead day-to-day activities of maintenance staff Ensure cleanliness and organization across all work areas (warehouse, dock, offices, breakrooms, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize routine and preventive maintenance
• Perform inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and repair equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Assign tasks and manage materials, equipment, and personnel efficiently
• Oversee and support skilled and semi-skilled workers (carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Leadership experience supervising maintenance teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment
• Strong communication skills (English required)

Education & Skills:

• Technical training or related education preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office / basic computer skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Standing and walking for extended periods
