Maintenance Facilities Manager:

Oversee daily maintenance operations for hotel and restaurant facilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling and performance management Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support smooth operations Monitor inventory and manage contractors for specialized repairs Respond to emergency maintenance issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment Your skills and experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in hospitality Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn industry-specific software Ability to manage budgets and inventory for maintenance operations Commitment to environmental sustainability and safe work practices For immediate consideration for the Maintenance Facilities Manager position, contact Kasie Bartley at (518) 324-3146 or kbartley@etsjobs.com today.
