This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity with strong visibility and growth potential.

Your Role :

Lead a team of mechanics driving equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. Provide leadership to maintenance mechanics, setting expectations, coaching performance, and ensuring high quality execution of maintenance activities. Drive preventive maintenance programs with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems reliability. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts, especially on complex mechanical failures, ensuring rapid response and long-term corrective actions. Support plant uptime and performance by prioritizing and coordinating daily maintenance activities across production lines. Assist in maintenance planning, scheduling, and parts management, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources. Support capital projects, equipment installs, and upgrades, with a focus on mechanical integration and long-term maintainability.

Education and Experience :
