Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Up to $30/hr+Bonus Opportunity!

The Solomon Organization has an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance efforts at Sterling Parc Apartments in Middletown. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years experience in apartment maintenance, preferably in a Senior Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor role. This position will require on-call and snow removal duties, which are required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepares vacant units for incoming residents Manages work orders requests for service Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas and amenities Supervises maintenance team Works with supervisors to complete projects Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must own some basic tools for use on the job Must have own transportation to move around the community

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed 5+ years actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines

PHYSICAL DEMANDS IN ADDITION TO THOSE LISTED ABOVE

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards.
