Pay:
$100,000.00
  • $125,000.
00 per year. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all maintenance activities. Manage daily preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, rebuilds, and equipment reliability tasks across assigned shifts. Assign technicians to work orders strategically to minimize downtime and support production demands. Troubleshoot and guide the team through electrical, mechanical, and automation issues, including PLCs and automated systems. Use the companys CMMS to create, assign, and track work orders; run reports; and ensure maintenance priorities are met. Audit completed work, verify accuracy, and implement continuous improvement practices to elevate equipment performance and reduce repeat failures. Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth communication, effective planning, and rapid response to plant needs. Provide leadership through coaching, training, performance reviews, clear expectation setting, and corrective action when needed. Participate in shift meetings, planning sessions, audits, and reliability projects. Assist with staffing decisions, interview support, and onboarding new hires. Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety procedures, identifying hazards, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards. Perform other maintenance-related duties and improvement projects as assigned.
