In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless functioning of all mechanical, electrical, driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the site. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing the maintenance team, coordinating projects, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and management skills to support a thriving Residential Community. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, and Ohmmeters to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues efficiently. Manage maintenance operations using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems while maintaining a safe work environment. Coordinate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Monitor facilities' performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for regulatory compliance and future reference. Lead emergency response efforts for facility issues related to electrical or mechanical failures, minimizing downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing to support production schedules and minimize disruptions. Experience Proven supervisory or management experience within an industrial maintenance or facilities management setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks involving schematics, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation. Demonstrated expertise in managing maintenance operations. Electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and working with low voltage and high voltage systems safely. Knowledge of schematics for electrical and mechanical systems essential for troubleshooting complex equipment issues. Project management skills with the ability to lead facility upgrades or new installations effectively. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams effectively.
