Commercial Building Superintendent:

Property Overview A fully renovated, 20-story boutique office building (~110,000 SF) with 17 full-floor tenant suites, welcoming its first tenants this month. Amenities include a private tenant lounge with bar, library, boardroom, adjoining dining room, and outdoor terrace. The building features state-of-the-art, energy-efficient, LL97-compliant HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the building, including common areas and building systems Manage and supervise the porter, ensuring assigned duties are completed effectively Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with and meet contractors on-site as needed for repairs, maintenance, or projects Monitor building conditions and proactively identify maintenance issues Qualifications & Skills Must have Fire Life Safety Director License Prior experience as a commercial building superintendent or in building maintenance preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage staff and coordinate with external contractors Basic knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices Professional demeanor Work Environment On-site position at a commercial building Interaction with, management, staff, and contractors as part of daily responsibilities

Work Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•4:00

PM Salary:

$35•37/hr
