Job Description
Seeking only an experienced Superintendent to manage a luxury Post-War Condominium located in a prime area of the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This property consists of 81 apartments and the superintendent is supported by a staff of 6 employees , all of whom fall under SEIU Local 32BJ . The ideal candidate will be a licensed building professional with a strong background in building operations, maintenance and staff supervision. This is a live-in position requiring a hands-on superintendent with a proven record of excellence in luxury residential settings. The superintendent's apartment is located off the ground floor and is a small one-bedroom unit with no expansion available.
