Job Description

We are a multifamily complex looking to hire an onsite, live-in, Superintendent for a garden-style apartment complex. Applicant must have experience as a Superintendent with extensive knowledge with troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, painting, apartment turns and overall boiler knowledge. Must be able to communicate well in English, follow directions from Property Manager, and understand how to talk with residents. eager to work friendly personality very handy troubleshooting plumbing electrical painting carpentry flooring Cleaning Preventative maintenance
