The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of building maintenance, property inspections, vendor management, and HUD compliance requirements. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent resident relations and customer service. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. Conduct routine building, apartment, and grounds inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance concerns. Ensure properties remain compliant with HUD regulations, REAC standards, and company policies. Coordinate and oversee repairs performed by maintenance staff and third-party vendors. Generate, assign, and monitor work orders using Yardi. Follow up on outstanding repairs and ensure timely completion of all work orders. Assist with unit turnover inspections and coordinate make-ready activities. Monitor building systems and report recurring maintenance issues to management. Assist with REAC inspection preparation and corrective maintenance activities. Track maintenance inventory, supplies, deliveries, and equipment needs. Respond to resident maintenance concerns and ensure a high level of customer service. Collaborate closely with property managers, superintendents, and maintenance personnel. Coordinate emergency maintenance response as needed. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for the Yardi Mobile Maintenance application. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous residential property management or maintenance management experience required Experience using Yardi property management software required Knowledge of HUD regulations, REAC inspections, and affordable housing compliance preferred Experience conducting building and apartment inspections Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously Excellent communication and resident relation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Valid driver's license preferred Ability to travel between property
