Shop Foreman

BMW Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an automotive Shop Foreman to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Attention to detail with the ability to make complex decisions in a timely manner. Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, with 2-5 years of supervisor experience preferred, and Master Level credentials (e.g., ASE certification)

Actively assist service technicians with diagnosis and repair of vehicles, personally inspect all major repair jobs for proper completion, and meet with group leaders and management to review performance and administrative matters.

Leadership:

Coordinate and conduct on-going training for service technicians, set goals based on individual skill levels, and create an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership.
