Superintendent of Property

Superintendent needed for an apartment complex in the Hudson Valley area. Applicant must have experience with apartment preparation and must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have knowledge of but is not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, custodial duties, etc. Must live on property. In addition to the compensation noted, the superintendent has the use of an apartment and its utilities. Must own a car.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Facilities experience with strong working knowledge of building systems.
• Proficiently skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and basic construction.
• Customer service skills.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to communicate clearly with on-site manager and residents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.

Position is live-in, and candidate must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7. Compensation will include a large two (2) bedroom loft and utilities free of charge.
