Maintenance Manager
  • Food Manufacturing Seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced food production environment. You'll oversee technicians, improve equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead Maintenance Team
  • Supervise, train, and schedule technicians. Maintain Production Equipment
  • Oversee lines, packaging, utilities, refrigeration, and facility systems. Preventive Maintenance
  • Drive PM/PdM programs to reduce downtime. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure GMP, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA adherence. Troubleshooting & RCA
  • Resolve issues and implement improvements. Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering. Inventory & Vendor Management
  • Manage parts, vendors, and budgets. CMMS & KPIs
  • Maintain records and track uptime/PM metrics.
Qualifications 5+ years maintenance experience in food or industrial manufacturing. Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting; PLC troubleshooting (programming a plus). Leadership experience managing technicians and PM programs. Food-safety knowledge including
GMP/HACCP.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
