Maintenance Manager (120-130K) We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity.

Your Role :

The Maintenance Manager will lead plant maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead and elevate a high-performing maintenance team, driving proactive PM, advanced troubleshooting, and root cause elimination. Own and improve plant reliability and uptime across high-speed, automated production lines. Drive results through budget ownership and alignment to plant performance goals. Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations from concept to execution. Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to deliver continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure excellence in safety, regulatory compliance, and union environment leadership. Champion automation and PLC-driven enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.

Education and Experience :

Bachelors in Engineering or related Technical degree. 5+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing. 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience. Strong Electrical background and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of blow molding concepts desired. Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley a plus).
