Job Description

Overview Superintendent / Caretaker Needed - Free Rent Included We are seeking a reliable and skilled Superintendent/Caretaker for a small rental property. This is a live-in position offered in exchange for free rent. + salary Responsibilities include: Handling all tenant complaints and general maintenance needs Apartment turnovers (repairs, painting, cleaning, etc.) Snow plowing and landscaping Routine building upkeep and property care
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance Experience with sheetrock, painting, tile work, siding, and roofing General handyman and problem-solving abilities Previous superintendent, maintenance, or property management experience preferred
Ideal Candidate:
This position is well-suited for a semi-retired person with hands-on experience who is dependable, responsible, and able to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. If interested, please reply with your experience and contact information.
