Free health insurance, 401k with 4% match, sick time Mountain Pools is hiring a Maintenance Manager to run its maintenance business on a day-to-day basis from the office. The maintenance team keeps pools & hot tubs in good condition by physically cleaning, chemically dosing, and reporting issues. Pool experience isn't required. The owner will train you.
Primary duties:
Manage team of ~9 maintenance technicians Prepare ~200 weekly assignments
  • scheduling, routing, appointment notes Process completed work
  • invoicing, customer communication, issue logging, repair coordination, etc.
Support techs by providing guidance & answering their questions Provide customer service for maintenance issues Stock chemicals and tools Secondary duties: Answer the phone Coordinate with the Service Manager and backfill as needed Prepare for weekly meetings Occasionally support a maintenance tech in the field General office & business support as needed
  • order supplies, clean, stock blank reports, etc.
