We design and manufacture high-performance moisture control, adsorption, and filtration solutions used in automotive, HVAC, industrial, medical, electronics, and specialty manufacturing applications. The Brookville site (Flow Dry Technology) focuses on producing desiccant components, moisture-control assemblies, and precision-engineered sealing products for global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. We serve customers across the automotive, heavy equipment, HVAC, industrial filtration, and electronics protection markets. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safe work practices, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.

What You Will Be DoingOverseeing daily maintenance activities by directing technicians responsible for production equipment, facility systems, and preventive maintenance tasksTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and keep manufacturing operations running efficientlyPlanning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance to support production schedules and ensure equipment reliabilityCoordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs, parts procurement, and facility upgrades when specialized support is requiredDriving continuous improvement efforts by performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and improving maintenance processesWhat You Need for This PositionExperience w/ hands on maintenance work in a manufacturing environment w/ strong mechanical & electrical troubleshootingBackground supervising maintenance technicians or leading skilled trades teams in a production settingFamiliarity with industrial equipment such as conveyors, presses, automation systems, pneumatics, and hydraulicsAbility to use a CMMS system for scheduling work orders, tracking parts, and documenting maintenance activitiesUnderstanding of safety and compliance requirements including lockout/tagout, OSHA standards, and facility safety proceduresWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
