  • Responsibilities
  • + Provide day‑to‑day direction for onsite maintenance tasks and coordinate with the broader team; the role collaborates with multiple technicians on site.
+ Perform and document HVAC and plumbing PM/troubleshooting (filters, belts, coils, leaks, fixtures, basic diagnostics). + Support basic grounds tasks and seasonal snow/ice response as needed. + Communicate clearly with client contacts and occupants; provide timely updates, close out work orders, and escalate issues appropriately. Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
  • Handle heavy workload of calls
  • Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
  • Manage workload and job scheduling
  • Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
  • Keep manager informed of customer feedback
  • Communicate effectively and promptly
  • Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
  • Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
  • When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
  • Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
  • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of prior general maintenance experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • : • Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
