Be prepared for anything—maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to support both guests and team members in critical situations. Are You the Right Fit? Experience & Education You have at least 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a hotel or similar environment. A High School diploma or equivalent educational certificate is required. Electrical and/or plumbing certifications are a plus! A valid driver's license may be needed depending on job duties. Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills are key—you should be able to explain complex issues in simple terms. Proficiency in the primary language used in the workplace is a must. Physical Be ready to move! Your job will involve 8+ hours per day of standing, walking, reaching, and bending. Occasionally, you'll need to lift or maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds.
