This is a fast-paced, full-service shop serving multiple fleet customers with preventive maintenance and repair agreements. What You'll Do Lead, recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing technician team Run daily huddles and maintain clear direction and accountability for all direct reports Deliver financial results consistent with the annual budget — gross margin, billed hours, WIP, and proficiency Monitor and manage KPI reporting, P&L, and parts inventory to drive continuous improvement Partner with fleet account executives to grow and retain customer relationships Ensure all work leaving the shop meets Wiers' quality and workmanship standards Maintain full compliance with safety, environmental, and company policy requirements Communicate and reinforce Wiers' vision, values, and mission with your team every day Qualifications High school diploma required; additional education a plus Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred Prior leadership experience in a commercial vehicle or fleet maintenance environment Proven track record managing financial performance and team development Essential Skills Exceptional leadership and team development abilities Process compliance and quality assurance expertise Strategic planning and project management capabilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Data-driven decision making with competitive drive 4 Years Management experience in the commercial trucking industry Our Ideal Candidate Is A hands-on leader who sets the standard and holds others to it Humble, hungry, and smart — you know your craft and you never stop learning Financially sharp — you understand the levels of shop profitability and manage them proactively A strong communicator who keeps customers, teams, and leadership informed Experienced in commercial vehicle repair — you've been in the industry and know what good looks like Competitive and driven, but always professional Why Choose Wiers Fleet Partners?
