K&D is looking for skilled maintenance director, with previous experience, to oversee property Maintenance for the Apartment building. Leadership and computer skills are required. Candidates must have previous experience in Apartment & Residential setting including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance. In addition, candidate must be computer literate and have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff. Candidates without previous, relevant & required, experience will not be considered.
