We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands.

Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at our newest facility in southeast Georgia. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Build maintenance team of 5-6 direct reportsManage and mentor team by providing the team with daily work expectations; ensure resources are available to complete work in a timely manner; provide training, guidance, and direct feedback on a variety of technical subjects to help them accomplish their goals and improve individual performancePerform daily facility walkthroughs and inspectionsDirect and supervise day to day maintenance, repairs and small projects Lead troubleshooting of complex issues and critical repairs in high pressure situationsCreate and implement corrective actions for equipment failuresUtilize CMMS to open/close workorders, schedule PMs, create workorders, etc., to meet workflow and compliance KPIsFollow all safety and food safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, while culturing a safe work environmentMaintain tools, supplies, and clean organized work areasOperate powered industrial equipment: scissor lifts, forklifts, powered stackers, etc.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with everyone in the organizationProfessionally communicate with leadership team regularly
Qualifications:
5+ years of Supervisory industrial maintenance experienceExperience with a CMMS, eMaint preferredSkilled in electrical, mechanical, and hydronics systems (Including pumps and refrigeration)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience supervising technical team membersKnowledge of safety protocols: PPE, LOTO, confined space, arc flashCapable of operating warehouse equipment (scissor/fork lifts) and lifting 75 lbs unassistedWilling to work flexible hours in various environments (non-climate controlled, cold, noisy, low lighting) and regularly lift, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitationAt 80 Acres, we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
