Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated Maintenance Service Supervisor that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely.

Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Exterior structural maintenance as needed Assist in property grounds maintenance Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience One year of supervisory experience required Expertise in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work HVAC certification Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Solid interpersonal and customer service skills Must have own hand tools Passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check Valid driver's license and insurance
