This is a lead-level role for someone who knows pools inside and out, can run their own truck, and take ownership of jobs from start to finish. If you're the kind of technician who can diagnose problems quickly, lead a helper on projects, and take pride in clean, professional work then this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Run your own fully equipped service truck Perform weekly maintenance and service calls Lead one or more helpers in the field Open and winterize pools Re-plumb existing equipment pads (PVC work required) Diagnose and repair pumps, heaters, filters, and automation Keep your truck organized, stocked, clean, and maintained Communicate clearly with customers and management Complete job documentation and photos as required

Required Skills & Experience Must Have:

Proven experience as a pool service & repair technician Minimum 3 years Ability to re-plumb equipment pads (cutting, gluing, layout) Experience opening, and winterizing pools Hands-on knowledge repairing pool heaters and pumps Ability to work independently and autonomously Experience leading or training helpers Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clean Driving Record and valid drivers license Preferred (but not required): Commercial pool experience Liner installation Electrical troubleshooting related to pool equipment Automation systems experience (Pentair, Hayward, ) What We're Looking For Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Takes pride in workmanship and equipment care Compensation & Benefits Central Ohio's Most Competitive
