- Lead the rebuilding and strengthening of a 6-person maintenance team across two shifts
- Drive the turnaround and transformation of the maintenance department to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement robust Predictive and Preventative Maintenance programs
- Champion equipment reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and production efficiency
- Report on key metrics including equipment capability, planned vs. unplanned downtime, and overall equipment performance
- Build high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, training, and professional development of maintenance personnel Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a maintenance department
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to rebuild and develop a team from the ground up
- Strong working knowledge of CNC equipment and automated manufacturing systems
