This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around industrial equipment and takes pride in getting things done right. No fluff - just solid work, good pay, and a team that respects the trades. $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Responsibilities Operate, start up, shut down, and change over production equipment; troubleshoot breakdowns and identify root causes to prevent repeat downtime Own and execute the preventative maintenance schedule across all production and warehouse equipment Work on electrical systems including VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, potentiometers, e-stops, thermal and magnetic overload protection Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems - regulators, actuators, solenoids, 4-way manifolds, needle valves, and associated hardware Track equipment performance data, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate outside vendors and contractors Inspect and oversee contractor work on-site; support cross-department needs in production, QA, R D, and sales Help train new line operators and cross-train existing production staff when needed Operate electric tow motors, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts safely and as required What you need to bring 2-4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of schooling and work Working knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and steam systems and their components Experience with liquid pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal), electric motors, and gearboxes Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical/pneumatic schematics Familiarity with GMP, SSOP, Lock Out/Tag Out, and
