Maintenance Supervisor Confidential Mansfield, OH 44903 From $35 an hour - Full-time From $35 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our management team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where your leadership and technical expertise will support the operations of our manufacturing facility. In this hands on, high energy role, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance activities, leading and developing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Your leadership will help optimize plant performance, reduce downtime, and uphold standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on maintenance technician who is motivated and ready to grow. Duties Supports Maintenance Manager in leading and supervising maintenance team to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all plant equipment and systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately. Performs routine maintenance, the repair of heavy machinery within the production environment. Repairs and/or installs electrical lines on production equipment, machinery, or physical facility. Performs general and preventative maintenance plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and systems preferred. Performs leadership/management responsibilities in the absence of the Maintenance Manager Foster a culture of safety awareness among team members through training sessions and regular safety audits. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience Proven supervising or management experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks involving schematics and technical diagrams. Demonstrated electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems; proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to interpret schematics accurately; strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems.
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour
