Ken Ganley Hyundai of Norwalk is looking for a Service Manager to manage the activities of our high-volume service department, meet performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service is practiced. Responsibilities:
Oversee the service department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve their best performance. Manage customer interactions, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with service provided. Analyze service department performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience in an automotive service management role.
Required:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Required:
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Experience with CDK, Reynolds, or similar DMS Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Thank you for considering us!
