  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility.
This role is essential in ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and experience managing maintenance teams. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence by implementing effective maintenance strategies, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duties Supervise daily maintenance activities across all plant areas, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and facilities management. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to optimize equipment uptime. Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex machinery using schematics, electrical diagrams, and testing tools such as ohmmeters. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee the calibration and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems. Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems (including high voltage) and industrial maintenance standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory using CMMS software. Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues proactively. Requirements Proven supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems, and industrial automation processes. Experience using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Ability to read technical schematics accurately; proficiency with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools is essential. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial maintenance best practices. This role is integral in maintaining operational integrity while fostering a safe work environment.
