Direct Hire | $105,000 - $110,000 We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on production efficiency, equipment performance, and overall plant operations. What You'll DoLead Maintenance Operations Manage and develop a team of 8 maintenance technicians. Prioritize daily maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively. Provide coaching, training, and performance management to maintenance staff. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Improve Equipment Reliability Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions. Partner with production leadership to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Support machinery upgrades, installations, and process improvement projects. Manage Maintenance Systems & Inventory Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment histories. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available when needed. Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Maintain technical documentation, equipment manuals, drawings, and service records. Safety & Compliance Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures. Ensure equipment and facility operations comply with applicable regulations and standards. Identify and address potential safety risks before they impact employees or operations. What We're Looking For Experience 3+ years of leadership experience within industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Experience supervising maintenance personnel in a production environment. Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience diagnosing and resolving equipment issues in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Skills Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Comfortable working with CMMS systems, inventory controls, and Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Why Consider This Opportunity?
