SeniorR&D Engineer, Supervisor of Maintenance and RSO

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage a proactive maintenance operation employing planned and scheduled maintenance activities through total productive maintenance (TPM) practices. Establish and utilize a computer managed maintenance system (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) system. Collaborate with teams to perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA), failed part analysis, maintenance procedure effectiveness analysis, predictive maintenance (Pd.

M.) analysis and analysis of condition monitoring results. Partner with Lab teams to conduct continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with

ISO17025

standards by maintaining instrument calibrations, documentation and audit readiness. Managing, training and coaching staff on day-to-day operations. Responsible for workload management for Instrument Uptime Specialists. Ensuring key accountability metrics are being tracked and reported out. Responsible for ensuring Instrument uptime goal of 97% is met and corrective actions are actively being taken when they are not being met.

Additional Responsibilities include:

Supervising Facilities Maintenance Overseeing Waste Drum Maintenance Administration of proper documentation and licensing maintained for Rad Sample management, following Ohio Department of Health License for Radioactive Material procedures, including checking-in, proper storage and disposal of radioactive samples. Managing Eurofins TestOil Vehicle and Maintenance Required knowledge, skills & abilities: Being a result driven and a collaborative team member Striving to continuously improve processes Fluent in Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in lab instrumentation, maintenance systems and Lims Systems Developing strong relationships with vendors, including coordination of service issue escalation(s), and accountability for the results.
