Industrial Maintenance Manager

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a highly automated production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Technician, or Maintenance Manager looking to take ownership of equipment reliability, facility maintenance, and team development. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated equipment Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and facility projects Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance records Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Prior leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Experience in a manufacturing environment PLC, robotics, welding, and automation experience are a plus Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
