Job Description

About us
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tenant work orders including appliance troubleshooting, minor plumbing issues, and other in-home repairs
  • Renovate mobile home units on turnover, including painting, flooring, appliance change outs and tub and shower repairs/changeouts.
  • Work closely with and coordinate all work with on-site manager
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Experience:
  • Previous experience in an apartment maintenance role would be beneficial
  • Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC troubleshooting
  • Painting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
