This position would support the operations of 3+ Extended Stay Hotels and oversee the development of new properties that will be coming on line in Oklahoma. Must be skilled, knowledgeable, hard working, team oriented, able to lead, direct, and provide feedback for others in their work of maintenance and construction, and have good attitude. Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintenance and construction. We purchase and re-purpose hotels. We are currently at 22 hotels over the past five years in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. We plan on adding at least one or two more in Oklahoma City this year. Our plan is to cross-train the person is this position to also be the back up for the regional manager for the hotels in Oklahoma City, so lots of opportunity exists here! We are a growing company with potential for advancement. Starting pay is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Company truck provided. Candidates must pass drug screen and background check.
