Job Description

Job Description:
As a Scheduler Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of resources, tasks, and projects within an organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient utilization of resources, meet project deadlines, and optimize workflow. You will work closely with various departments, project managers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive schedules and plans. Highly skilled in SAP software required.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development:
Create detailed schedules for projects, tasks, and resources based on project requirements, deadlines, and available resources.
Resource Allocation:
Coordinate the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs and timelines.
Schedule Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and update project schedules to track progress, identify potential delays, and mitigate risks.
Communication:
Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management regarding schedule status, changes, and potential impacts.
Conflict Resolution:
Identify scheduling conflicts and constraints, and work proactively to resolve them to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Management:
Anticipate and mitigate scheduling risks by identifying potential bottlenecks, resource shortages, or other issues that may impact project timelines.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, resource allocations, and any schedule-related communications or decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in scheduling practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in planning/scheduling role Experience in maintenance/facilities planning/scheduling required Strong SAP experience Strong Excel skills (used for scheduling and tracking) Familiarity with GMP / FDA-regulated environments (ideally food manufacturing) Strong communication skills—critical for working with plant personnel
Pay:
$33.00 per hour

You will be required to work on site Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Does this work for you?
