Why This Role Stands Out Top-tier compensation : $150K-$155K base salary Quarterly & annual performance bonuses Relocation package available for qualified candidates Safety-first culture where people truly come first High visibility role with real influence on plant performance What You'll Do As Maintenance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind operational reliability and efficiency: Lead, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance team Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the facility Ensure maximum uptime of mechanical, electrical, and wastewater systems Build and manage maintenance budgets with strategic foresight Champion preventive and predictive maintenance programs Maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives Partner with operations to optimize production performance What You Bring Required Experience 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical systems Experience in food processing or poultry manufacturing Highly Valued Skills Industrial refrigeration systems (including ammonia processes) PLC troubleshooting and hands-on experience Wastewater system management Hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, and blueprint interpretation Basic CAD capability Exposure to bread or batter production operations Work Environment Manufacturing facility setting with both office and plant-floor responsibilities Temperature ranges from -40°F to 110°F depending on area PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.) Walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs The Bottom Line This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who wants to own results, influence culture, and be rewarded for driving performance. The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations to ensure the reliability of plant equipment and facilities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ponca City, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $155000.00/yr. Full benefits Bonuses available 95% coverage for individual insurance 2 weeks PTO for first year. $.30 - $1 raise guarantee each year Union company.
