Salary:

$75,000-$95,000 We're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations and support smooth, efficient production in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in keeping our equipment, people, and processes running safely and effectively. What You'll Do Lead and support maintenance supervisors and teams Oversee maintenance operations on the shop floor Support new product and equipment launches Troubleshoot production and equipment issues Help develop manufacturing instructions and processes Promote safety, cleanliness, and uptime What We're Looking For 5+ years of manufacturing or maintenance experience Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Leadership experience in a production environment Problem‑solver who works well with cross‑functional teams Why Join Us Stable, full‑time leadership role Opportunity to influence operations and improvements Work in a collaborative, team‑focused environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ponca City, OK.
