We are actively hiring an experienced Service Manager to join our team and manage our service drive. If you are a manager who likes to be involved with your employees, this is the right position for you. Recruiting, coaching, and motivating your employees will be your main responsibility. Preparing an annual operating budget. Focusing on customer retention by building relationships. Managing and controlling costs. Keeping track of service and inventory records. Ordering parts and supplies as needed. Forecasting goals and objectives for the department. Implementing a marketing plan to promote business. Maintaining relations with executives and factory representatives. Overseeing post-repair services (vehicle delivery, test driving, etc.) Service Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent needed. Five or more years of experience of proven CSI. Management experience preferred but not required. State-issued driver's license.
