This key leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of all physical assets in alignment with the organization's standards and operational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), project management, and team supervision. You'll be responsible for both day-to-day repair needs and long-term preventative maintenance planning, while maintaining safety standards and budget controls.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage all preventative and general maintenance operations for the hotel and property. Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA) and conduct regular inspections to uphold workplace safety standards. Manage daily operations of the maintenance team, including scheduling, task delegation, training, and quality control to ensure work is completed safely and on time. Direct and manage improvement projects, renovations, and construction efforts, including scope planning, contractor coordination, and budget tracking. Track and control maintenance budgets; oversee procurement of tools, parts, and supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and manage multiple repair or improvement projects at once. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital maintenance tracking systems. 1-3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, service, and communication. Working knowledge of safety codes and regulations, including OSHA standards, ADA compliance, and emergency protocols.
